Review a child's eligibility for adoption subsidies

A fiscal worker determines a child's eligibility for an adoption subsidy. The system displays the results of this determination in the child's adoption case. You can review the current eligibility results.

Follow these steps to view a child's adoption subsidies.

1. From the Home screen, click the Case tab. The Case Workload screen appears.

2. Click the case ID number link for the adoption case you want to update. The Case Overview screen appears.

3. Under Case Actions, click View Member Details. The Adoption Case screen Members tab appears and shows each child in the adoption case.

4. Click the Adoption Details to view details about the case. The Adoption Details screen Recruitment tab appears.

5. Click the Adoption Subsidy tab. This tab displays the subsidy eligibility types and the amount of approved funding for each. This screen also shows the child's Medicaid number and adoption approval/denial date.

6. Click Cancel to return to the Case Overview screen.
