Delete a due process episode record

After one or more due process records have been entered into the system, you can view and update the details for the records via the Due Process Workload screen. You can delete records if appropriate.

Follow these steps to delete due process records.  

1. From the Home screen, click Case > Due Process. The Due Process Workload screen appears. This screen displays the due process records in the system.

2. (Optional) Enter filter criteria to change the records and click Filter. The matching records appear in the grid.

3. Click the delete link in the right column for the record you want to remove.

4. In the confirmation message, click OK.

5. Click the Workload tab to return to the Case Workload screen.
