Enter information about the children and adults

Process: Record an FFA narrative

Follow these steps to enter information about the children and adults.

  1. On the FFA tab, click the Person Information link.

  2. Click next to Children to view the current information for the children.

    1. Click Add Narrative to enter new information for a participant. The Narrative Details screen appears. Enter the description and select the participant in the Participant field. Click Save. You are returned to the assessment screen.

    2. Click the select link to view or update the narrative for a participant.   

    3. Click a link in the Source column to view details from another assessment or pre-dispositional history.

  3. Click next to Historic Children to view resource information older than one year.

  4. Click next to Adults to view the current information for the adults. Repeat steps a – c above for the adult details.

  5. Click next to Family Together to view the current information for the family. Repeat steps a – c above for the family details.

  6. Click next to Other Significant Strengths to view the current information about the strengths. Repeat steps a – c above for other strengths.

  7. Click next to Legal/Court/DCS History to view the current information. Repeat steps a – c above for the legal, court, and DCS history. In this section, you can also do the following:
