Enter resources information

Process: Record an FFA narrative

Follow these steps to enter resources information.

1. On the FFA Family Functional Assessment tab, click the Resources link.

2. Click next to Assessment of Resources to view the current information.

   1. Click Add Narrative to enter new information for a participant. The Narrative Details screen appears. Enter the description and select the participant in the Participant field. Click Save. You are returned to the assessment screen.

   2. Click the select link to view or update the narrative for a participant.

   3. Click a link in the Source column to view details from another assessment or pre-dispositional history.

3. Click next to Historic Resources to view resource information older than one year.

4. Click Apply to save the new information.
