Enter safety information

Process: Record an FFA narrative

Follow these steps to enter safety information.

1. On the FFA Family Functional Assessment tab, click the Safety link.

2. Click next to Assessment of Safety to view the current information.

   1. Click Add Narrative to enter new information for a participant. The Narrative Details screen appears. Enter the description and select the participant in the Participant field. Click Save. You are returned to the assessment screen.

   2. Click the select link to view or update the narrative for a participant.

   3. Click a link in the Source column to view details from another assessment or pre-dispositional history.

3. Click next to Historic Safety Information to view safety information older than one year.

4. Click Apply to save the new information.
