Record safety interventions for a safety assessment

Process: Record a safety assessment

Select the interventions applicable to the child's situation. Interventions include those for allowing to remain in the home or for taking the child into protective custody.

You do not need to complete this task if no immediate harm factors were identified.

Follow these steps to record the safety interventions.

1. Click the Safety Interventions tab. This tab displays Section 2 of the safety assessment.  

2. If applicable, select the check boxes for the interventions that allow the child to remain in the home.

3. If the child cannot remain in the home, select the appropriate check boxes for the protective custody interventions.

4. Click Apply.
