View an Immediate Protection Agreement

Follow these steps to view the details for an IPA Individual Protection Agreement.  

1. From the Home screen, click the Case tab. The Case Workload screen appears.

2. Click the case ID number link for the case you want to update. The Case Overview screen appears.

3. Click Immediate Protection Agreement An agreement between Parent/Caretakers and DCS created when a parent/caretaker’s access to the child needs to be limited due to concerns for the safety of the child. in the link menu. The IPA Individual Protection Agreement(s) screen appears.

4. Click select for the IPA Individual Protection Agreement you want to view or update. The IPA Individual Protection Agreement Participants screen appears.

5. View participant and safety assessment information from this screen.

6. Click the Authorizations tab to view additional details.

7. Click Close to return to the IPA Individual Protection Agreement(s) screen.
