View service information
You can view the services that have been assigned to case members individually and to groups of participants.
View case service details as follows:
From the Home screen, click the Case tab. The Case Workload screen appears.
Click the ID number of the case you want to view. The Case Overview screen appears.
Click Case Services in the link menu. The Case Services list screen appears.
To change the displayed records, enter filter criteria and click Filter.
Click select to view or update the details of a service record. The Service Information screen appears.
Click select for a resource to view details on the linked resource. The Resource Information screen appears. Click Close to return to the Service Information screen.
Click Cancel to return to the Case Services list screen.
