Documents Search Screen
To display all Documents linked to a Person ID, click Search or use the following search criteria to narrow the search.
Document Search Criteria
Document Category –use the drop-down to make a selection
Document Type – click in the box to scroll and make a selection
Document Name – enter the name of the document if known
Date Uploaded From and To – enter the dates manually or use the calendar icon
Click Search
Note: Select and Delete buttons will display if any documents were previously uploaded.
Document Search Results Columns can be filtered using the in the column header.
Document Category
Document Type
Document Name (if entered when added)
Note: If document name appears as ***Restricted Document*** the Viewer does not have the access/security to see these types of documents.
Upload Date
Uploaded By
Select- click on row to view a previously uploaded document. Certain fields can be modified here.
Add Document - Documents of various file extensions can be uploaded into TFACTS.
Click Add Document
Delete – A single document can be deleted from a specific person. It will not delete documents from other persons even if the document was linked to an event. Deletions of Event documents must be performed under the Event itself.
Follow the Document Search process
Search Results returned
Click on the row of the item to be deleted so it is highlighted
Click Delete
A popup window appears verifying the record is to be deleted
Click Ok
Document Search Criteria screen will display again
Click Search and verify the document is no longer visible
