Employee Search
Use this screen to search for employee records in the TFACTS system. Search on User Id alone, Last Name alone or Last Name coupled with any of the other fields then click the Search button. A list of employees who match the criteria is returned, each with a select link.
Include Inactive: Click this box to search for both current and past employees.
Returns Supervisor Only: Check this box to search for supervisors only.
Search: Click this button to search on the criteria entered and return results below.
Clear Form button: It is a good practice to click the Clear Form button when you want to search again with different criteria.
select link: Click the select link to view the employee record. The employees that match the search results will be listed in the Employee Search Results grid with a select link.
Add Employee button: If you arrived on this screen by clicking the search link at the top of a TFACTS screen there will not be an Add Employee button. If you arrived on this screen through a workflow there could be an Add Employee button.
