CPR Instrument Search

This screen displays the Case Process Review instrument records generated by the system or added by workers. You search for existing records before completing a review or adding an ad-hoc review.

A Case Process Review is an individual review of a case record for compliance with DCS policy.  A Case Process Review makes sure that case records are complete and organized. CPR Administrators define the schedule of CPR reviews to be generated in the system. CQI Coordinators and CPR Administrators can complete a review generated by the system. As needed, other workers can record ad-hoc reviews.

A CPR record can be retracted before it has been completed. After a CPR instrument record is saved in complete status, the details of the review cannot be edited or retracted. The record is view-only.
