RMS Case Item Selection

This screen is the last screen in the RMS survey. On this screen you select the case you were working on at the time of the survey.

If you are an observer, you can enter an override code on behalf of the worker.

Click Link Case Item to select the case to be associated with the survey.

Case ID	Displays the case number for the case you linked to the survey.
Additional Information	Enter other details about the case, if necessary.
Observer Override Options	Select one of the options to indicate why the assigned worker did not complete the survey.
