Case Overview
The Case Overview screen is the
hub of family case activity in TFACTS.
Case Headerdisplays the unique TFACTS case ID, Case
Name, Status and Organization (Region) of responsibility.
Case Actionssection
provides links to additional case-related information:
View Case InformationAdd/View
case reference information, responsible region/county information, case
members, relationships and associated persons.
View Case Status HistoryView case
status begin and end dates for each active episode for the case.
Linked/Associated CasesView a list of cases that have been linked/associated
to the case in focus. Cases can be linked/associated for two
reasons:
Duplicatescases
are duplicated. Associating duplicate cases ensures that workers are aware
of the duplication.
Companioncases
share common members and associating keeps all workers aware of their
involvement in the various cases. .
Case SummaryDisplays service periods for case members. Identifies
service group (Custody, non-custody, etc.) with Begin/End Dates for each
service period.
Case Addressdisplays
the active primary address associated with the Case Reference person.
Hazardsdisplays
information related to any safety or environmental hazards recorded for
a case member.
Assignment Informationdisplays
current active assignments to a work item for a member of the case.
Assignment Historydisplays
all assignments for the case.
Case Alertsdisplays
any active alerts regarding work on the case.
Blue Navigation Menu (left side)displays
links to various modules of the case where specific information is captured
and tracked.
