Case Services
This screen displays the Case Services that have been recorded for members in the case. Case Services include all activities the agency does to assist a child and his or her parents, guardian, custodian, caretaker, or substitute caregiver.
Case Services Filter Criteria
To display all Case Services, Click Filter or use the following search criteria to narrow your search.
From Service Record Date: Enter or select the date to find services recorded after the date.
To Service Record Date: Enter or select the date to find services recorded after the date
Case Member: Select the name to view services for a specific case member.
Status: Select the status to find service records in a specific status.
Sort Results By: Select the sort other for displaying the matching service records.
Filter: click to display the filtered criteria
Clear Form: Click to clear all filtered criteria
View Case Service History - Click to view the Service history for a case.
Case Service Filter Results
select: Click to view or update a service record.
authorization: Click to authorize services for the case member.
report: Click to generate a report.
delete: Delete is only available if there is a service record prior to approval
end service: Click to terminate the service for the case member.
Case Member Name: Select the case member who will receive the service.
Add Case Services: Click after selecting a case member to receive the Case Service.
