Case Closure Details

On this screen you record details for a family case closure. When you submit the closure for approval, the system verifies that all required information has been completed for the case. If any items are not complete, the system displays the list of unresolved items.

Case Closure Details displays Organization, Opened Date, Closed Date, and Closure Status.

    Case Closure Reasonselect the reason for closing the case.

    If Other Reason, Explainenter a brief description of the reason for closing the case (up to 100 characters).

    Ongoing Closure Checklist Completedselect Yes or No to indicate whether you completed the ongoing closure checklist.

    Additional Commentsenter any additional information about the case closure.

    Approvalclick to submit the closure record for approval.
