Unresolved Items for Closure
This screen displays the items that are unresolved and must be resolved to close the case.
Unresolved Items for Closure grid
Topic column displays the item (Placement Episode, Legal Status, Case Service, Visitation Plan, etc...) that is preventing case closure
Placement Episode - usually isn't ended, which can be resolved by ending the Legal Status
Legal Status - either hasn't been ended or the question "Does Ending this Legal Status End the Custody Episode" wasn't answered with 'Yes'
Visitation Plan - must be ended, which requires each person on the plan to have an end date entered
Case Service - may be caused by one of the following
Hasn't been submitted for approval - either needs submitted for approval or deleted
Hasn't been approved - either needs approved or returned so it can be deleted
Doesn't have an end date - an end date needs to be entered
Has an end date in the future - which means the case can't be closed till the day after the end date
Message column provides specific details regarding the Topic of the unresolved item preventing case closure.
