The Credit Check Details record displays the date the credit check was requested, the date the credit check information was sent back to TFACTS and the result of the credit check (Was Credit found, Yes or No).   This information is automatically populated by TFACTS and cannot be edited.  If credit check results have been received, TFACTS will display a “View Credit Report” link.  Select the View Credit Report link to access and print the actual credit report results document for the youth.

Meeting Date:is where staff record the date the credit check report is provided to the youth, and the credit check information and training is provided to the youth.

Credit Cleared Date:entered by DCS Central Office IL staff after they have worked with the Credit Reporting Agencies to reconcile credit for youth who returned a credit history. (Was Credit Found? = Yes)
