Removal Records

This screen displays the removal records for children in the case. From this screen you can view, update and add new removal records for a child.

Click Add Removal Record to record a child's removal from the home.

From Date	Type or select the date for records entered after this date.
To Date	Type or select the date for records entered before this date.
Child Name	Select a child in the case to find removal records for a specific child.
Child Name	If you are adding a removal record, select the child who is being removed, then click Add Removal Record.
