Evidence-based Service List

This screen allows you to capture “sessions” of evidence-based services provided to a youth.

Evidence-based service sessions are only applicable to Juvenile Justice (adjudicated delinquent) custodial youth placed in a YDC or with a residential provider. You must be assigned to the youth with role This term will be found in the Participant’s grid of the all activity sources with the exception of External Assessment. This term refers only the selected person and their role in the activity source and not their person relationships. Those types of associations would be recorded in the Person Associations hyperlink only. of Residential Case Manager or Private Provider Worker in order to access the Service Session screen from your Workload page.

To make or view a Service Session entry, click the arrow to expand an Ongoing Case.  Click the   icon and the Evidence-based Service Sessions page will display.

From the Evidence-based Service Sessions page you can add, edit or delete a service session.

Add:  Click the Add button and the Service Session page will open where a service session can be added.

Edit:  Click the row of the existing Service Session you wish to edit. Click the Edit button and the Edit Service Session page will open where the information for the selected row can be edited.  

Delete:  If a Service Session has been added in error, you can delete it.  Click the row of the existing Service Session you wish to delete.  Click the Delete button to delete the Service Session record and you will receive an “Are you sure?” message prompt. Click OK to proceed with the deletion or click Cancel to cancel the deletion.
