Link Case Service to a Concern

TFACTS provides a means to link one or more case services to a Concern record.  Linking a case service to a Concern is a way to show what is being done to address the Concern.  Linking case services to Concerns will also pave the way for future reporting on services reviews.

To Link a Case Service to a Concern, click the 'Link Service' action button on this page.  System will navigate to the Case Services list page, where you can select one or more services to which to link to this specific Concern record by clicking the check box next to the service, and then clicking the 'Link Service' action button.

When linking a Case Service to a Concern record, please make sure the services support the desired outcome for the specific concern.
