Mark In Error Detail Page
Once a Case Recording is saved in Completed status, it becomes part of the case record and can no longer be deleted. If a recording is incorrect and cannot be reasonably corrected through the addition of an addendum, or if a recording was inadvertently entered in the wrong case, then the recording can be Marked In Error. Marking a case recording in error will exclude it from reports but will not remove it from the case record.
Note: Marking a case recording in error can only be done by the case recording Creator or the employee identified in the recording as Recorded For. FCCR’s can also mark recordings in error with Team Leader approval.
To mark a case recording in error:
Click Clear to delete the Mark In Error Narrative.
