Case Recording Print Page

The Print Recording window displays a listing of the Case Recordings brought back in search results on the Case Recording list page.  Remember, there is a maximum number of 500 recordings that can be displayed/printed at one time.

 

Check the box next to each recording to be printed and click Generate.  To select all Case Recordings, check the box at the top of the column.  Uncheck the box to deselect all Case Recordings.

 

The Report Document History page will come into view.  If a Case Recording Summary Report had been previously generated and saved by another user, it will be displayed as a row in the Document History table.  Click to view and print an existing report.

 

To create a current version of the report, click Generate Report.  This will create a preview of the report prior to printing.

 

To save the new version of the report to Report History click Save Form at the bottom of the screen. Click Cancel to return to the Report Document History page.
