CFTM - Cancel a CFTM
A CFTM in ‘Scheduled’ status must exist in order for the ‘Cancel CFTM’ option to be enabled in Quick Actions list.
From Person Home page, ‘Quick Actions’ dropdown select the ‘Cancel CFTM’ option.
If multiple CFTM’s are in a Scheduled status, all CFTM records will display. If there are no scheduled CFTM’s the Cancel Reason window will display, but the narrative is not required.
If multiple CFTM’s are scheduled, Highlight the CFTM record to be Canceled, then click the ‘Select’ button. If this is the only Scheduled CFTM, it prompts you to the Cancel Reason window.
Click Apply or Save to complete the Cancel CFTM action OR click Cancel
