TFACTS Workload - Face-to-Face List

This screen will show the Name of the Client, Placement Type, Visits Required, Visits Met, Requirement and Due Date. Case Recordings can also be accessed from this screen.

Visits Required - This number is derived from Policy 16.38 – Visitation Protocol Attachment https://files.dcs.tn.gov/policies/chap16/16.38Att.pdf.

Clicking the Recording button takes you to the Case Recording page where you can add new, update Draft, or view completed Case Recordings.

Clicking the Get Directions button will provide a map with directions to the selected visit location.
