Eligibility Requirements - Subsidized Permanent Guardianship
This screen allows you to view or identify the child's qualifications for SPG. This screen displays information from the most current "initial" SPG eligibility determination record. This screen also shows records for ADFC Relatedness Determination.
Select the check boxes that are applicable to the child's SPG eligibility.
Click Add ADC Relatedness Determination to determine the child's eligibility based on ADC relatedness criteria.
