Begin Date

If the effective date range you enter here overlaps the date range of an existing record for the same budget, the system processes the change as an adjustment.

End Date

Enter the date when this budget is no longer effective.

The effective date range you enter here cannot overlap the date range of an existing record for the same budget.

Budget Amount

Enter the dollar amount of the budget.

Notification Percentage

Select the percentage at which the organization receives notification of the amount of budget consumed.
