Service Category

Select the category of the service for the budget ceiling. Once the ceiling has been saved, you cannot change this field.

Service Group

Select the service group for the budget ceiling. Once the ceiling has been saved, you cannot change this field.

Begin Date

Enter the date when this budget ceiling becomes effective.  

If the effective date range you enter here overlaps the date range of an existing record for the same ceiling, the system processes the change as an adjustment.

End Date

Enter the date when this ceiling is no longer effective.

The effective date range you enter here cannot overlap the date range of an existing record for the same ceiling.

Service Type

Select the type of service for the budget ceiling.  Once the ceiling has been saved, you cannot change this field.

Ceiling Type

Select the type of the budget ceiling.  Once the ceiling has been saved, you cannot change this field.

Ceiling Amount

Enter the amount of the budget ceiling. The amount may be a dollar amount or a percentage.

Dollar

Select this option if the ceiling amount is a dollar amount.

Percentage

Select this option if the ceiling amount is a percentage.
