Contract Details

On this screen you record the details of a service contract for a resource. Details include the contract number, start and end dates, and the resource name or ID. A contract record may also include an authority number, encumbrance, specific contract services and costs, and activities. After the contract details are complete, you submit the contract for approval.

Click Search Resource to select the resource for this contract. This button changes to the unlink link to remove the resource, if appropriate.   

Click maintain contract services to record specific service costs for the contract.

Click Link Activity to add specific worker activities to the contract.

Click Approval to submit the contract record for approval.
