Service Auth ID

To view a specific service authorization record, enter the service authorization ID.

Person ID

To view a record for a particular case member, enter the person ID of the case member whose placement or service authorization record you want to view.

Resource ID

To view authorization records for a specific resource ID, enter the desired resource ID.

Placement/Case Service

To view only placement authorization records, select Placement. To view authorization records for any non-placement services, select Case Services.

Status

To view authorization records in a certain status, select the status.

Show active

Check to show active authorization records.

From Begin Date

To view authorization records with service authorization dates within a certain date range, enter the beginning date of the range.

To Begin Date

To view authorization records with service authorization dates within a certain date range, enter the ending date of the range.

Sort By

Select the method by which you want the system to display the search results.
