Group Category Search
Service group categories for the TFACTS service delivery are created and maintained within the Maintain Group Category module. This screen is used to search for group categories to maintain. You may also select to create a new group category from this screen.

To add a new group category, you must first perform a search to verify it does not already exist in the system. After you have performed a group category search, you can record a new group category. |
Click Add Group Category to record a new group category.
