CPS Confidential Notification Letter to Referent

The "CPS Confidential Notification Letter to Referent" is generated and mailed by Central Intake after child abuse information is received from the referent, entered into a CPS Intake, and the CPS Intake (referral) is subsequently screened out. This notification letter is send to referent at his or her address and information for the same, remains confidential.

This letter provides the screening information of the abused child to the referent that reported about the victim. Central Intake sends this confidential notification letter to the referent at the address they provided.
