CPS SIU Unfounded Letter

The "CPS SIU Unfounded Letter" is sent to an alleged perpetrator when their allegations are classified as "Unfounded" during the investigation performed by the Special Investigation Unit. This letter can only be generated for investigations tracked as "Special Investigation (SIU)."

User Entry Parameters

Access

Case tab > Workload tab, click case record ID > Case Overview screen, click Investigations Linked in link menu > Linked Investigations screen, click investigation ID > Investigation Overview screen > Investigation Topics screen, click Forms/Reports link.

Report Help Topic Content Issues

Office Name and Address	Select the office name with address. Mandatory.
Perpetrator Name	Select the alleged perpetrator. Mandatory.
CC	Enter any employer names who will receive the letter. If you enter more than one, separated each name by a comma.
