Family Intervention Services Juvenile Family Certification CS-0499

CS-0499 help DCS staff provide immediate services, as required by TCA 37-1-168, to stabilize unruly juveniles and families that may be facing crisis.

CS-0499 is generated and taken to the court stating that DCS has provided the certain services to the concerned child and family referred to them. It also includes the resolution of the juvenile-family crisis, which is not feasible now without further court intervention. The certification includes the following:

Developing a plan with the family
Linking the family with resources in the community
Conducting family interviews
Building a child and family team
Advocating for the child and family to receive needed services

Case tab > Workload tab, click case record ID > Case Overview screen, click Investigations Linked in link menu > Linked Investigations screen, click investigation ID > Investigation Overview screen > Investigation Topics screen, click Forms/Reports link.

Initial Application Date	Enter the date of initial application to enroll the child or family into the family crisis intervention program. Mandatory.
