Special Caution Alerts Report
The youth placed in DCS Facilities and Group Homes often have behavioral and mental health issues that require close monitoring by the staff. Particularly, if the youth is suicidal or has other conditions or issues that warrant monitoring, the system provides a highly visible indicator to alert the staff and remind them to monitor youth. The Special Caution Report provides the details of behavioral or mental health issue of youth, which need close monitoring.
