Safety Assessment - Safety Assessment
On this screen you record details for a safety assessment. The safety assessment requires one linked investigation and at least one alleged child victim and at least one alleged perpetrator. See About assessments for more information.
One case may have multiple safety assessments in various statuses, as long each assessment is linked to a different investigation record.
Click Link Investigation to link an investigation to the assessment.
Click Add Child to select one or more alleged child victims.
Click Add Adult to select one or more alleged perpetrators.
Click relationship to view and define the relationship of an adult to other participants.
