Classification Information
From this screen, you can view the details for an allegation, record
new allegations, and classify/re-classify allegations.
Allegation details
Alleged Child Victim -
Name of each alleged victim for each allegation on the investigation/assessment.
Allegation -
Allegation selected for each allegation on the investigation/assessment.
Alleged Perpetrator -
Name of Alleged Perpetrator for each allegation on the investigation/assessment.
Intake Allegation Severe -
Indication (Yes/No) of whether the allegation was categorized as ‘Severe’
when reported on the CPS Intake/Referral. Yes will auto generate if
the allegation was Sexual Abuse
Intake Allegation CSEM -
Indication (Yes/No) of whether the allegation was categorized as ‘CSEM’
when reported on the CPS Intake/Referral.
Severe/CSEM (AW) -
Indication (Yes/No) of whether the allegation was worked as if it
involved Commercial Sexual Exploitation of a Minor. Yes will
auto generate if the allegation was Sexual Abuse. The (AW) stands
for “as worked”.
CSEM (AC) -
Indication (Yes/No) of whether the allegation was classified as Commercial
Sexual Exploitation of a Minor. The (AC) stands for “as
classified”.
Classification - Displays the Classification
Decision for each allegation on the investigation/assessment that
has been classified.
Classify an Allegation - click classify to enable
the Classification Details screen where classification information is
entered.
Allegations already classified - click classify to view
the Classification Details.
Reclassify an Allegation - click reclassify to reclassify
an already approved allegation, this is visible to supervisors only.
Add Allegation -
to record a new allegation for the investigation/assessment.
Approval -
to submit the allegation classification decisions to a Supervisor for
review and approval.
View Approvals -
to see the approval history for this investigation.
