Select this check box if you want this investigation to be reviewed immediately due to the harm factors.  

Available Harm Descriptions

Contains the list of possible harm factors. Select one or more items in the list and click Add>> to move those items to the Selected Harm Descriptions list.

Selected Harm Descriptions

Contains the harm factors selected for the classification. To remove any items, select the items and click <<Remove.

Classification Details Narrative

Enter a detailed description for the basis of the classification and the harm descriptions you selected.
