IPA - Participants

This screen displays the child and adult participants for the IPA Individual Protection Agreement. You can view the linked safety assessment for the IPA Individual Protection Agreement and view the person profile for any participant. Participants can be deleted from the list as appropriate.

Click [safety ID] to view the details of the linked safety assessment.

Click [name] to view the person profile for a participant.

Click Add Child Participant to select one or more children for the IPA Individual Protection Agreement.

Click Add Adult Participant to select one or more adults for the IPA Individual Protection Agreement.

Record an Immediate Protection Agreement An agreement between Parent/Caretakers and DCS created when a parent/caretaker’s access to the child needs to be limited due to concerns for the safety of the child.
