IPP Review Details

On this screen you enter the details for an IPP review that has occurred. An IPP review can be recorded or updated only by staff at the facility where the youth is placed. You can view details for each topic area of the plan, including the goals and action steps. You can also view the child and family team associated with the youth case.

Review Type	Select the type of review, such as monthly or quarterly.
Review Date	Enter the date the review occurred.
Date Reviewed with Youth	Enter the date when the plan was reviewed with the youth in custody.
Youth wants to Appeal	Indicate whether the youth wants to appeal any information of the plan.
Recommendation for Continued Placement	Check this box if you are recommending that the youth continue to be held in placement.
Recommendation for Discharge	Check this box if you are recommending that the youth be discharged from the facility or group home.
