IPP Review Topic Information
On this screen you enter the information for a specific topic in an IPP review. If you are entering this information on behalf of a different employee, you can add the employee's name for the topic.

View an IPP review
Topic
Enter the details for the IPP Individual Program Plan review topic you selected.
Completed By
Select the employee who recorded the information for the topic. Click Employee Search to find the employee in the system.
Completed Date
Select the date when the topic information was completed.
