Discharge History
The Delinquency Info link displays the discharge records that have been entered for the youth in a case. The Discharge link opens to the Discharge History. Click Add Discharge to access the Discharge Details screen where the discharge information for a youth is recorded. Enter all required information. The Approval Tracking is documented in the same record as the discharge details. Click Save when all information is completed.
Once the Delinquency information is completed and saved, a Discharge form (CS-0046) can be generated by clicking the report link. The Discharge form would be manually completed.
