Merge Person
On this screen you merge two person records into one record, in order to resolve duplicate records in the system. You select the two records to be merged and compare the discrepancies in the data. You then select which data to keep in the final person record and merge the records.

Refer to the system merge rules for an explanation of how the system merges data between two person profiles.
Click Search Person to select the person records to be merged.
Click the [name] link to view the person profile for the selected person.
Click Compare Records to compare the data and identify discrepancies between the records.
Click Merge to initiate the merge action. The system does not immediately merge the records when you click Merge. The system will complete the merge action during the nightly batch process. If necessary, you can undo the merge within 90 days of the merge completion.
