Select the type of contact.

Primary

Select this check box if this is the main contact method for the resource. Only one contact can be the primary contact. If another contact is selected as the primary contact, the system automatically clears the Primary field for the other contact record.

Phone/Email

Enter the phone number or email address.

Description

Enter the contact's name or other brief detail.
