Available Skills	Contains the skills that can be selected for the resource member. Click one or more items and click Add>> to move the skills to the Selected Skills box.
Selected Skills	Contains the skills selected for the resource member. To remove any items, select them and click <<Remove.
Comments	Enter any additional information about this member's skills.
