Mark in Error Detail Page
This screen allows you to mark a recording in error as long as the recording is in a 'completed' status. If you are the person who created the resource recording, or if you have the ‘Recording Administrator’ security profile, the ‘Mark in Error’ button will present itself to you. You will be required to enter details describing why the resource recording is in error under the Mark In Error Detail section.
The following buttons and links are available on this page

Mark In Error Narrative |
Enter information as to why this resource recording is marked in error. |

Expand |
Click on the Expand button to view an entire narrative and any addendum. |

Spell Check |
Click on the Spell Check button to check the spelling of the narrative. The spell check is only available when the resource recording is in "Draft" status. |

Clear |
Clicking on the Clear button clears the information from the narrative. |
|
Count |
The count field lets you know how many characters you may enter in the narrative.
|
|
Save |
Clicking on the Save button will save your information and return you to the previous page.
|
|
Cancel |
Clicking on the cancel button will cancel without saving and return you to the previous page.
