Add Participants

This screen is displayed when the Add button is clicked in the Participants grid on the Assessment Details Tab.

Potential Participants displays information about the participants involved in the assessment – Role, Name, Age, Person ID, Gender, Safety Result, and Risk Result.  If participants aren’t displaying click Add to select and assign Roles

    Role(s) select the appropriate Role for those that are displayed
        Non-Participant - Default setting
        Primary Caregiver - of the Youth(s) involved in the assessment - only one can be selected.
        Caregiver - of youth(s) involved in the assessment - multiples can be selected
        Youth - Youth(s) involved in the assessment - multiples can be selected.

    Person Search - use this button to search and add person(s) who were not listed in the Potential Participants grid but are involved in the assessment
