View a child's eligibility and reimbursability history

TFACTS maintains the history of a child's eligibility and reimbursability details for Foster Care Maintenance (FCM) and Adoption Assistance (AA Adoption Assistance).

Follow these steps to view a child's eligibility and reimbursability history.

1. From the Home screen, click Financial > Eligibility. The Child Selection screen appears.

2. Click Person Search to locate and select the child whose eligibility you want to determine. The Person Search screen appears.

3. Enter search criteria and click Search. The matching records appear in the results grid.

4. Click the select link for the child you want to view. You are returned to the Child Selection screen.
   
   This screen shows person ID, name, and case ID for the child you selected. This screen also displays the Program Eligibility records and Program Reimbursability records for the selected child.

5. Click the select link for an eligibility record or reimbursability record to view the details.

6. (Optional) Click the Child Welfare Benefits Summary link to view additional benefit information for the child.
