View budget ceilings

The State IV-E administrator establishes ceilings for services provided by resources. This ceiling is the maximum amount the State will reimburse a county, region, resource provider, or the Department for a service. Each year the administrator collects the rates, then computes ceilings based on the statewide averages.

View budget ceilings as follows:

1. From the Home screen, click the Financial tab. The Service Search Criteria screen appears.

2. Click Budget Ceilings in the link menu. The Budget Ceilings screen appears.

3. Enter search criteria to find existing service ceiling records and click Search. The matching service ceiling records appear in the results grid.

4. Click select for the record you want to view. The details screen for that type of record appears.

5. Click Close. You are returned to the Budget Ceilings screen.
