View the history of adoption subsidies and reviews for a child

View the history or adoption subsidy requests and reviews for a specific child as follows:

1. From the Home screen, click Financial > Eligibility. The Child Selection screen appears.

2. Click the Adoption Subsidy link in the main link menu. The Subsidy Program screen appears.

3. Click Person Search to locate and select the child whose subsidy history you want to view. The system searches for the child's adoption case first. If there is no adoption case, the system searches for a family case in which the child is a participant.
   
   When you select the child from the search results, the system returns you to the Subsidy Program screen. The Subsidy History grid displays the records of any subsidies. The Review History grid displays the records of any subsidy reviews.

4. Click select to view the details of a subsidy request or review record.

5. Click Cancel to return to the Subsidy Program screen.
