Print an intake record

The information entered on an intake record may be printed as a report.

Print an intake record as follows:

  1. From the Home screen, click the Intake tab. The CPS Intake Workload screen appears.

  2. (Optional) Click the Other Intake Workload tab. The Other Intake Workload screen appears.

  3. Enter filter criteria to find the intake you need to print.

    You can press Ctrl+F and enter the intake ID number to quickly locate the record.

  4. Click the report link next to the intake record. The Document History screen appears. This screen lists each time the intake report was generated and saved to the database.

  5. If you need to produce a new report, click Generate Report. The report appears in a new browser window.

  6. Click the ID link for the existing report you want to print. The report appears in a new browser window.

  7. To print the report, select File, then Print in the browser menu.

  8. To save the new report to the report history, click the Save button in the lower-left area of the screen.  

    If you opened an existing report, close the browser window to return to the previous screen.
